Lime Crime Gradient

Hey lovelies! Sorry it's been so long since I last posted, i've been finishing off a big report due on Tuesday, but after that posts should be a bit more regular! Today's look was inspired by Cristina's gradient look featuring the lime crime polishes (check it out here). I didn't know which look to create, but I decided to do the blue and purple gradient. I started off with all nails painted with Milky Ways, followed by Once In A Blue Mousse and Lavendairy sponged on. It's soo pretty and i'm so happy with the results! Close up you can see imperfections, but from afar it looks really great! I topped it off with Wicked Fast, it really helps to blend in the sponging.

That's all from me today! Have a great weekend everyone!

Ozotic - 621 (Red Holo!)

Hi loves! Yesterday I bought 2 amazingly GORGEOUS Ozotic polishes but today I am only showing you 1 (the next one is coming soon!) This colour, Ozotic - 621 is a deep rich red creme with such an intrinsic and complex mix of glowing red flecks and scattered holographic pigments. It is truly so amazing IRL, it reminds me of Dorothy's red shoes from the Wizard of Oz. . .but shinier! I used 3 coats as it was a little patchy, followed by 1 coat of Wicked Fast.

Do you own this colour? It's so pretty :) Thanks for reading!

Blue Bash Glitter Sandwich

Ok, technically this is an open sandwich, but the same effect was achieved! For this look I used 2 coats of China Glaze - Ride The Waves, a rich navy blue jelly and then applied 1 thick coat of Jordana - Blue Bash, densely packed blue glitters. I used 2 coats of wicked fast topcoat as it was very gritty! This colour was very striking and made my nails sparkle like crazy in the sunlight!

Hope you like this one guys! Have a great day :)

Artsy Wednesday - Neon Nails

Hey everyone! Today's Artsy Wednesday theme is NEON! I love neons and now that it's coming into summer here in Australia it is the perfect time to match neon with a nice tan! Today I was inspired by chevron neon nails. I originally saw an amazing neon chevron done by Nat at HeartNat right here and also a great video by Sarah at Chalkboard Nails here. The base colour on all my nails (except my ring finger) is Lime Crime - Peaches <3 Cream. The base colour on my ring finger is China Glaze - Flip Flop Fantasy. The green chevron is China Glaze - In The Limelight (neon) and the pink chevron is Orly - Beach Cruiser. I had to go over the green and pink twice as it was a little sheer and the green was peeking through the pink. I finished it off with 1 coat of Cult Nails - Wicked Fast.

I really love how this turned out! It's super pretty and so easy to do! Don't forget to check out these girls who also did this week's Artsy Wednesday theme!

Nautical Nails

Hi guys!! This is a quick post today. I wore this manicure for 3 days straight and I got SO many compliments! It was so easy to do as well. For this look I started off with 1 coat of OPI - Nail Envy, 2 coats of OPI - My Boyfriend Scales Walls and placed 4 pieces of striping tape evenly spread apart and painted over the top with Nails Inc - Baker Street. I finished it all off with 1 coat of Cult Nails - Wicked Fast et voila! Super chic and fun nails!

I hope you like this look and try it out! Thanks for stopping by!

Barielle - Ocean Breeze + Color Club - Holiday Splendour

Hi everyone! Today's look features Barielle - Ocean Breeze, an amazing off teal/aqua/blue pastel creme. It has an excellent formula, only needed 2 coats for smooth application. Color Club - Holiday Splendour is a sheer green jelly with emerald and silver holographic glitters, it is really beautiful! I used 1 coat on my ring fingers and just painted the tips on all of my other nails. I finished it all off with 1 coat of cult nails wicked fast.

This combo looked really gorgeous! The french tips were really spontaneous, but added a nice glint to my nails in the sun :) Thanks for reading!

Pixi Cosmetics Review - Natural Brow Duo + Tinted Brilliance Balm

Hi guys!! Today i'm going to be doing something a little bit different! A make up review! I recently purchased two products by Pixi on asos.com (also available to purchase on the pixi.com website) and I knew I had to share it with you guys! This is my first make up post so bare with me if the photos aren't very good or my description is weird! :)

So first up is the Pixi Natural Brow Duo. For me, my eyebrows are probably the most obvious thing on my face, they are dark and bold, so I make sure they are tamed on a daily basis! The pixi brow duo is double sided, with one end being a brown chalk-like pencil, which is very subtle (which is good as you can build it up, plus it looks more natural) and the other end being a brown gel (to keep hairs in place and add a brown colour)

Shadow pencil and Gel Swatch on hand

Tinted Brilliance Balm in No.5 Radiant Rose is a lip tint with quite an opaque colour. This colour is beautiful and the balm itself is amazing! You can wind up the stick for more and it tastes like lollies, and when applied it gives a nice tingly mint feeling for hydration.

If you haven't tried Pixi cosmetics yet I highly recommend that you do! Thanks for reading my first make up post :) I hope it was ok :) Have a great day!
